Orders

If you have placed an order with us it is judged that you have read, understood and agree with al the Terms & Conditions listed.
All the Terms & Conditions shown are governed by English law, along with your use of the website. Therefore you agree to submit yourselves to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of any English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
Our products, website and all content on the website (including Terms & Conditions) have been made for use in the UK and under UK law. For this reason, any orders placed from outside the UK do not consider laws and regulations from outside the UK. Where possible, any products that are not authorized under your local law will not be available to you and you must not try to purchase these products.
When an order is complete (including processing and dispatch) this confirms that a contract is in place between the customer and Novelty Designs Ltd. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Novelty Designs Ltd reserves the right to change details, availability and card prices at any time without prior notification. Presently, delivery is free for customers however Novelty Designs Ltd can change this at any time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so as long as it is accepted by Novelty Designs Ltd before dispatch. By Novelty Designs Ltd confirming your cancellation the contract is also cancelled and any payments made by the customer will be refunded within 30 days.

Returns

In the event that you are not completely happy with your requested product you have the option to return the product to us within 14 days of the dispatch date. From there, Novelty Designs Ltd are happy to exchange your product if it is unused and in perfect condition with the completed returns information, if this information is incomplete a refund or exchange will not be given.
Refunds will be given when we see it appropriate. Returns will only be accepted with 14 days of dispatch, so please take care to check products.
All returns will be needed to be organised and paid for by yourselves. If a product is refunded a charge of £1 will be taken from your refund, which will cover packaging, postage and handling costs.

It is recommended that you get a proof of postage receipt when sending returns as we cannot accept any responsibility for parcels lost whilst in the postage system. The £1 cost of postage and packaging will not be taken from your refund if it is confirmed by Novelty Designs Ltd that your product is faulty.

Guarantee

We aim to deliver your products within 2 working days, however this is not always possible due to postal strikes etc. Our delivery dates can only be an estimation, because of this we accept no responsibility or liability for loss or damage of goods (direct or indirect).

Goods

We aim to give the most accurate and up to date description of our goods on the website. Despite this, it is feasible for small changes in the description of products and appearance to differ.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

‘We’ ‘us’ and ‘our’ are all referring to fakecards.co.uk, registered under Novelty Designs Ltd.
When you sign your order form this proclaims your understanding of our terms and conditions and that you have read them fully. If you are unclear about anything listed please don’t hesitate to contact us.
All our cards are for legal fun and novelty purposes. They are not official, copies or to be used to represent any other cards that have official status or copyright law.
If our cards are misused in any way this may be deemed illegal.
If you provide any false details or misuse the cards this is illegal and could lead to criminal prosecution.
Novelty Designs Ltd will not be held responsible for any misuse of any card(s) and in no way promote illegal misuse or condone it in any way or circumstance.
In no circumstances shall fakecards.co.uk, a trading name of Novelty Designs Ltd, be liable for incidental, exemplary, direct, indirect or consequential damages from the use of our cards.
